2. Purpose

This document governs the general terms and conditions applicable to subscriptions to FutbolJobs services, including both paid subscriptions and those offered under promotional conditions or with an initial free trial period.

By subscribing, the user declares that they have read and expressly accepted these terms and conditions.

3. Types of Subscription and How They Work

FutbolJobs offers different subscription plans, whose description, duration, and price are indicated at any given time on the website.
Access to the service features will depend on the type of subscription purchased.

The subscription is personal and non-transferable and will be automatically renewed at the end of each subscribed period, unless canceled in advance by the user.

4. Price and Payment Methods

The price of each subscription will be the one indicated at the time of purchase and will include all applicable taxes.

Payment can be made using the methods available on the platform (credit/debit card or other enabled payment methods).

Automatic renewal of the service involves the periodic charge of the corresponding amount, unless the user has canceled the subscription prior to the renewal date.

5. Promotional Periods and Free Subscriptions

FutbolJobs may offer, on a temporary basis, promotional subscriptions or free trial periods (for example, one month free).

5.1. Promotion Terms and Conditions

During the promotional period, the user may enjoy the same features as the corresponding subscription plan at no cost. A valid payment method may be required to activate the promotion.

At the end of the free period, the subscription will be automatically renewed as a paid plan, unless the user cancels the subscription before the promotional period ends.

5.2. User Notification

Before confirming the subscription, the user will be clearly and prominently informed about:

  • The duration of the free period.
  • The amount applicable after its completion.
  • The procedure and deadline to cancel the subscription before automatic renewal.


The user must expressly accept these terms and conditions to benefit from the promotion.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation

The user has the right to cancel their subscription at any time during the free month before the automatic renewal date, at no cost.
To exercise this right, the user must access their profile on www.futboljobs.com and select the “Cancel Subscription” option, or notify in writing at info@futboljobs.savedata.nuevecomanueve.es, providing their full name and the email address associated with the account.
Once the cancellation is completed, no further charges will be made, and access to the service will remain until the end of the free period.

7. Personal Data Protection

The data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, thereafter, for the applicable legal limitation periods.

8. Modification of the Terms and Conditions

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the user’s place of residence or, failing that, to the courts of Alicante.
