Trainer for the under-23 team of Sp.Krommenie, Netherlands

Sporting Krommenie is looking for a coach for JO23.1, who will be available immediately.

The team plays in the 3rd division and consists of two nights of training and training on Saturdays.

A growing club with ambitions is looking for an ambitious coach/coach who can further develop the talent of the Under-23 team. A coach that combines performance and enjoyment. A coach capable of improving players individually and as a team. A motivated coach who knows how to build a team with a positive approach to the game.

Profile of the coach/coach we are looking for:

He is responsible for the Under-23 team and collaborates with the other coaches in this category both in the technical aspects of football and in the formation of the squad.

He is a good communicator and understands the art of motivating young players and improving their soccer skills.

He teaches training sessions (two afternoons) for the team.

He oversees and manages Saturday games. It plays a key role in the progression of young talent to the workforce and coordinates intensively with the coaching staff and the HJO. The coach of the under-23 team meets weekly with the head coach to discuss development, talents and progression to the
first team.
