António De Oliveira is a double FutbolJobs success story. The Portuguese physical trainer is currently working for the Tajikistan Federation after applying for an offer published by the world’s leading employment platform. And he was selected. “Claudio (Spaniard who worked at the Tajikistan Federation) selected my resume and now here I am, with the U-14 and U-15 physical preparation of the Tajikistan national team.”

António was working in Poland, combining his work in an office with a 5th Division team in Poland. And there he became a success story for the first time. “Because of FutbolJobs I worked in a ‘Summer Camp’ in Poland,” he says. And now he works in Tajikistan: “I got the part I like, being on the field.”

The physical trainer and psychology specialist tells his story. “I’ve been on the FutbolJobs platform since I started, more than three years ago. I was in charge of sports psychology at a fourth division club in Portugal, FC Ferreiras. I created a curriculum very focused on sports psychology and mental coach but I also had the opportunity to lead the team in their physical preparation and that’s how this new stage began,” he explains.

However, despite having a job thanks to FutbolJobs, he still keeps a close eye on the offers posted on the platform. “I look at it every day. I have recommended it to everyone. You create your profile and it’s important for finding work. I’ve told some of the footballers I work with to sign up. There are offers with many possibilities every day,” says António De Oliveira.
