FutbolJobs continues to add success stories, and that of Luciano Bilbao, Argentine professional coach with CONMEBOL Pro License, is one of the most outstanding of the last year.
His career took a decisive turn in March 2024, when, after applying to an offer published on the platform, he was selected by Marcet Football University to join its technical structure.
A professional leap that opened the doors of the world
The opportunity not only meant a new job, but the beginning of an international journey that took Luciano to work in four countries in less than two years: Mexico, Venezuela, Spain and Brazil.
His first major assignment was in Mexico, where he assumed the coordination of an international academy program at the Irish Institute College, a role he held for 14 months. During his stay, he also directed soccer campuses in different cities in the country, such as Monterrey, Merida and Los Cabos, leaving his mark on the development of young soccer players.
Participation in international campuses
In parallel, Luciano participated in the renowned Marcet Summer Campuses in Barcelona, first as a coach during the months of June to August 2024, and later, in the same period of 2025, as coordinator, reflecting the growth and trust that the institution placed in him.
His experience also took him to Venezuela, where he spent August-September 2024 as part of different campuses, before returning to Marcet’s headquarters in Barcelona to join the Professional Program between August and November.
A new destination: Brazil
Luciano is currently in Bragança, Brazil, where he will assume the coordination of a high performance program that will start in January. A new challenge in a career that never stops expanding.
FutbolJobs, the starting point
Luciano sums up his journey with a clear phrase:
“Thanks to that offer I saw on FutbolJobs, today I work in four countries and continue to fulfill dreams through soccer.”
His story demonstrates how a well-taken opportunity can completely transform the trajectory of a sports professional.
