The Regional Accreditation Operations Manager, Central, will report organizationally to the Senior Accreditation Operations Manager and will be a key member of the FIFA Accreditation team.26 He/she will work in a very diverse accreditation department (composed of members from Greece, India, Italy, USA and Canada) and in close collaboration with the FIFA Zurich Accreditation department (composed of members from all over the world, including Swiss-German, German, Russian and Dutch descent). THE POSITION

The main responsibilities and supervisory duties of the Regional Accreditation Operations Manager, Central for the 26™ FIFA World Cup include:

The Regional Accreditation Operations Manager, Central will represent FIFA’s accreditation interests in the Central regional group to oversee the accreditation of two or more host city venues within the assigned region. Central: Dallas, Houston and Kansas City

Work as part of a dedicated team of Accreditation Operations Managers, Site Accreditation Operations Managers and Site Accreditation staff, managing the appropriate ACR site staff within the assigned regional group.

Assist in the development and implementation of accreditation policies and procedures to establish rules that establish boundaries, zones or fully describe operations and/or services.

Assist in planning and ensuring delivery of fully equipped Accreditation Centers (overlay, technology, power, lighting, FF&E) according to established requirements and timelines.

Assist in the development of requirements, bidding, selection and management of accreditation consumable suppliers in accordance with FIFA26 Inc. standards and timelines.

Coordinate and support the Access Management Department in relation to access control for accreditation, including testing of the access control system.

Manage the inventory of accreditation consumables for all accreditation facilities within the assigned site group.

During the pre-event planning stage, travel within the group to appropriate venues as required. During the tournament event period, the position will require the candidate to reside at an agreed upon venue and be available to travel between venues as needed.

The role and responsibilities are not limited to the above tasks and may change according to project requirements.

YOUR PROFILE

Education and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

If the experience compensates, students with a lower university degree are accepted.

Knowledge of soccer accreditation is an asset.

Knowledge of FIFA accreditation would be an asset.

Effective interpersonal communication, influence and negotiation skills.

Maximum attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Good judgment, exceptional integrity, maturity and fairness in dealing with people.

Work experience

5 or more years of experience in accreditation operations.

Experience in single and multi-sport events.

Experience leading multicultural teams and communicating within a multicultural organization.

Experience working in different time zones. Experience and comfort working in multilingual environments.
