UEFA Women’s Soccer Player Development Expert, Vaud, Switzerland

The Women’s Soccer Player Development Expert promotes the effective implementation of UEFA’s women’s football strategy, strengthening players’ trajectories from the grassroots to the elite and promoting the identification of talent in all UEFA member associations.

Experience

Requirements:

Three to five years of experience in a similar position in a football club or association.

Experience as a soccer player (high level).

Education:

Degree in Sports Management, Sports Science, Physical Education, Sports Training or equivalent.

Languages:

English/Competent

Any other language will be valued.

Other requirements:

Strong interest in the development of women’s and women’s soccer players.

The possession of a UEFA coaching license (UEFA B or higher) will be assessed.

Good general knowledge of soccer.

Project Management/Competent.

MS Office/Advanced.
